Yesterday I received a letter from a friend in India. He is a native of that country. Let me share with you some of that letter.
"The Body of Christ in India is in a dangerous situation. Just this week, the pastors and Christians in Orissa have been attack by Hindu fundamentalist who have destroyed their homes and churches. Radical mobs are blaming Christians for the murder of one of the top leaders in the World Hindu Council.
The radicals set fire to a children's home of 500 children and several children were injured. In addition to this, a severe cyclone and alarming floods are causing many to lose everything. As you can imagine, stress, tension, and sorrow are causing many to run for their lives to wherever they can. Please pray for our brothers and sisters here."
Our enemy, the devil, has launched an all out attack on Christians everywhere and our news media, along with the the male bashing feminist groups here HATE Governor Palin because of her Christian beliefs. What other countries have faced, we too will face if we do not seek the face of God in repentance and begin to stand for the traditional values of the USA and help other Christians in other countries to do the same.
PRAYER: Father, it seems that many of us are so consumed by our own comforts that we are rarely affected by the persecution of Christians around the world. Help us understand that all who confess faith in Christ are one body and we MUST pray for and help one another in demonstration of our love for you and for one another. SEE PHOTOS
