FAITHFUL UNTO DEATH

Be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life Rev 2:10

My heart is broken for the Christians in Nigerian as well as the Coptic Christians in Egypt and others in more than a dozen other countries who are being martyred for their faith in Jesus Christ. I know that in most of these areas it is not the superficial Christianity that we so often find in the West than costs us nothing, demands nothing of us, and offers so little to us, but it is THE REAL THING that people are giving their lives for.

I so want us in the West to sense the burden for these people. Most of them have little or nothing while we live in comfort with all of our gadgets. I'm not trying to put anyone on a guilt trip, for I might lead the pack if that were so, but what I am saying is that the world in which we live INCLUDING THE WEST is getting more antichristian.

I do have some serious questions for this mostly radical Muslim effort. Whose heads have we Christans cut off because they did not believe as we do? Who of us who are truly Christians propagate hatred for any other true faith? It is true we wish to witness freely about the amazing grace, love, and forgiveness we have found in Christ, but should our love be rejected for your hatred? Look at those who are killing Christians! They don't only kill us, they kill their own, and anyone else who disagrees with them. It is complete INTOLERANCE! It is BARBARIANISM! Honestly, is that the kind of world you wish to live in? Law is vital and necessary, but love brings peace, not war, and NO ONE offers the PEACE that true Christianity offers in Christ.

I KNOW there have been so called HOLY wars that were anything but holy, but that does not negate the FACT that true Christuanity brings PEACE to the heart, true love to the heart, and acceptance, even of those who disagree. Christians don't PRAISE their God for the opportunity to kill anybody, rather we PRAISE our God for the wonderful opportunity of introducing others to Jesus Christ, whom to know personally is eternal life.

We hear so much about THE GREAT SATAN of the West, but Satan, the real one is and always has been a liar who wants to keep us from the TRUTH! Satan, the real one is and ALWAY has been a MURDERER! So, to kill, destroy, lie, and distort the TRUTH about GOD and TRUE CHRISTIANITY is of the Devil or Satan HIMSELF! To kill anyone because their faith is not like yours IS NOT CHRISTIAN! TRUE CHRISTIANS LIVE THEIR FAITH AND DIE FOR IY AS WE ARE SEEING AROYND THE WORLD! WE DO NOT KILL FOR OUR FAITH nor will we accept the lies that we do!
