Morning Moments

1 Tim. 3:16 (KJV)
And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

We have looked at the INCARNATION - God manifest in the flesh.

Today we shall consider the VINDICATION - "justified in the Spirit"

The deity of Jesus Christ is seen in His miraculous conception and virgin birth, but it is clearly demonstrated in His bodily resurrectionfrom the dead, which was attested to by more than the apostles and a few women. He was seen of more than 500 brethren.

May I respectfully ask about the bodies of Mohammed, Buddha, Confucius and all the rest of the leaders of world religions? The answer is in the GRAVE! That is not the case of Jesus, the Christ. He laid His life down willingly that He might take it up again in resurrection by the eternal Spirit. Hallelujah, What a Savior!

From the cradle to the cross to the crowning as King of kings and Lord of lords, heaven, hell and humans will all undeniably acknowledge His deity. If WE confess (say the same thing) about Jesus that the Father says about Jesus (with our own mouth, not the preacher's), as an indication that we believe in our hearts that God raised Him from the dead, we shall be saved. THAT, dear friend, is confessing His Deity. For there is salvation is NO other; for His is the only name under heaven given among men whereby we can be saved, and if we do not confess (say the same thing) the Father says about Hiim before men, He will confess (say the same thing) about us the Father does - "LOST"

THAT is His Vindication - the Father declared Him righteous. "Jesus Christ, THE righteous One" became SIN for us that we might be made the righteousness of God IN HIM, for HE IS OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS. All unrighteousness is sin, but the Father by the Spirit, through the Son dealt with OUR unrighteousness once and for all. PTL!

That is VINDICATION.

BLESSINGS!
