Morning Moments

We have been looking each day at something relating to the Christmas Story, and I want to continue that, but today I really want this to become very personal for us in the light of the 20 children and 6 adults that were murdered in Connecticut.  I write this today in memory and of honor those precious children and their families.  We mourn over there loss, but as Americans we must also grive over our loss...

We have lost our regard for human life!  These families will spend the rest of their lives grieving over their family members, yet we continue, as a nation to support a party, a President, and a pathetic society that arrests people for cruelty to animals, but approve the abortion of innocent humans.  You are a complete "moron" to use a Bible term, if you can't see that only GOD has the authority to give and take a human life, and that humans, made in the image and likeness of God are of FAR MORE VALUE than animals, many of which are Biblically edible.  IT WAS THE DEVIL who wanted to kill JESUS in the womb and after his birth and it is THE DEVIL who wants you to believe that destroying an embryo or a new born is an honorable thing - even if to save a mother's life.  ''LIFE AND DEATH ARE IN THE HANDS OF GOD", not some moronic doctor!  As a nation we should GRIEVE over this, not give in to it!  "That which is esteemed among men is an ABOMINATION to GOD!"

We have lost our regard for Divine Guidance!  The Scripture is clear that the nation whose God is The LORD is blessed!  You may play with terms if you please, but the God of the Bible is NOT Allah, HE is YAHWEH, JEHOVAH, and HE has manifested Himself in His only begotten Son, JESUS CHRIST, not Mohammed, Buddha, Joseph Smith or any the rest of that phony teaching.  The truth is that Mohammed, for example was run out of Mecca for his teaching, went to Madina and in time accepted, they took military action against Mecca, conquered it and thus Mecca became what it is today to Islam.  The truth is also that the Scripture was complete before Mohammed ever came along, and he took from the Scripture what he wanted, left the rest, just as any false teacher does, and built his own so-called "Sacred" Writings.  Now I am not saying this to offend anyone, but IT IS THE ABSOLUTE TRUTH!  Isalm accepts Jesus as a prophet and teaches that a prophet cannot lie, and yet when confronted with the Scripture teaching about Jesus (which was complete BEFORE Mohammed), they simple say, "Well, that is in the Bible, not in the Koran."  I know, because I have Muslim friends I have discussed this with.  JESUS teaches us to love all human beings, including our enemies, not to cut their heads off, hate them, etc.  You may go along with the "Allah" thing if you wish, but YAHWAH is the God I worship!  He gives life to embryos, watches them as they develop in womb JUST AS SURELY as He did His Son, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and cares for them, as He cared for those precious children who were killed this week (and the adults) because we, as Americans, and taken the WORD of GOD (YAHWEH) and Prayer OUT of the public schools and seem to want Him out of the public arena.

We have lost the true meaning of Christmas!  We have failed to teach our children that Christmas is NOT about giving and getting gifts for ourselves, running to and fro in maddening crowds buying and selling our goods, having parties, celebrating with "Happy Holidays".  RATHER it is the PUBLIC acknowledgement of THE BIRTH OF THE KING!  Not Elvis, not Springsteen, not Michael Jackson, nor ANY of that NONSENSE, but it is the WONDERFUL COUNSELOR, THE MIGHTY GOD, THE PRINCE OF PEACE, THE SON OF GOD, THE LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST!  That is what it has always been and as long as I live and breathe it is what I will DECLARE privately and publicly that it is all about!

It is NOT too late to recapture what we have lost!  We CAN recapture our marriages, our children, our churches, our communities and our country, BUT, we MUST begin we a rejection of the superficial "churchanity" we have come to accept which rolls over and plays dead about issues that are critical and Biblical, and we must ONCE AGAIN declare and demand that CHRISTIANITY means the TOTAL SURRENDER OF OUR HUMANITY TO HIS DEITY - A life for a life, mine for His and His for mine.  We must pray NOT for superficial and selfish things that would bring us more comfort and greater ease and less pain, BUT we MUST pray that GOD ALMIGHTY would sweep across our land as a mighty hurricane blowing away the filth and phoniness and bring us to a real acceptance of and appreciation for the HOLINESS OF GOD!
